Sumiko Ishii Native cloth needle pillow
| Made of snow-bleached hemp. Sumiko Ishii sublimates the beauty that emerges from the spirituality that resides in handcrafts as a link between the ancient and the modern, and creates works of art. She runs "gallery hakuden" in Kyotanba, Kyoto, where he plans and manages exhibitions that create new works of craft with artists.
